We are engaged primarily in commercial construction, including multi-family.  We offer the ability to conceive a project and oversee its execution  through  design and engineering until it is put into service. Through our affiliated company, Triangle Area Real Estate, we can lease and  manage a completed project through its disposition. We have extensive experience in repurposing and renovating existing sites and buildings, including reconstruction of fire and water-damaged buildings.

Our sister company, Triangle Area Real Estate, is a licensed real estate broker in N.C. and offers real estate sales and  leasing , both residential and commercial. Marianne Howell Wright is the Broker in Charge, and specializes in residential real estate sales.
